標準的特徴には、使い易いタッチスクリーンユーザーインターフェースと、それぞれ個別にアドレス可能な多様なファイバ出力チャンネルと、照準ビームと、スマートインターナルキャリブレーションモジュール、足/手スイッチ、ファイバーセンサーとゼイフティーインターロックとが含まれています。

設計及び製造プロセスは、ISO13485:2003に基づいて実施され、設計はIEC60601及びFDA CDRH 21CFR1040.10の要求及び規則を満たしています。8チャンネル迄で、400-2000nm 及び0-15Wに渡る全ての構成との稼働が証明されています。

ML6700-PDT (PDF):

ML6700-PDT is an OEM multimode laser system platform tailored for PhotoDynamic Therapy. Standard products come with fiber pigtail with SMA-905 connector, integrated driver, and cooling controller. The systems can be controlled through a USB port with a PC user interface (to be ordered separately) or by an analog/digital control signal directly.

Powerful multi-wavelength laser modules ML6600 (PDF):

ML6600 is a versatile multi-channel laser module with a simple standard interface. ML6600 module can be ordered with 3 different wavelengths, conveniently within the same package, with combined fiber or individual fibers output with 1W power.

Alternatively, ML6600 can be used for power scaling, bringing up to 3 W output power from a single fiber in one wavelength (typically 465, 532 or 635 nm). Other configurations on request (within 405-2000nm range).

Automatic biomedical illumination device ML8500 (PDF):

ML8500 is a great tool for sequential illumination of multi-well sample plates and optional fluoresence imaging/measurement. Fully automatic system takes care of the rest. Operating the biomedical illumination kit is very easy with an intuitive touch-screen interface and a programming through simple Excel® spreadsheet.

ML8500 illumination system can be equipped with 0-4 internal ML6500 lasers or 0-2 internal ML6600 laser. In addition, up to 9 external fiber inputs may be connected to rear panel fiber ports. Typically the external laser is ML7710 that supports up to 8 laser channels but also other Modulight ML6000 and ML7000 series lasers are supported.

The system supports multiple illumination stations that illuminate different sized areas in the sample. For example, one station can be for Petri dish that is up to 95 mm in diameter and another for 96-well plates that illuminates each well separately with specific duration and intensity. Different illumination stations can be delivered for various well plates (24, 96, 384, 1536 wells) and a total of 4 illumination stations can be fitted in one system.

Device can further be equipped with CO2 incubation for optimized cell culture productivity. Internet connectivity enables remote diagnostics and 24/7 remote support as well as low cost upgrades. We expect to upgrade the software for this product for several years to come and provide those free of charge to all eligible customers if they so choose.
