Single Angle-Facet Laser Diodes (SAF)
In complement to its DBR products, Photodigm offers its own SAF gain chips to be used in External Cavity Laser Diodes when very narrow linewidths and/or large tunable ranges remain necessary.
The Anti-Reflection coated Angled output allows a further reduction of parasitic feedback compared to simple AR coated facet, and offers more powerful ECDL.
Available at 780, 795, 850 and 1080nm.
TO-8 Test mount TO8-1000-A (PDF)
This mount is designed to easily operate a TO-8 packaged DBR diode on a breadboard. It serves as a heat sink and can be mounted either in a 30mm cage system or on a rod.
High-Power DBR Heat Sink and mount TS-1000-A (PDF)
This Heat Sink is particularly adapted for the Mercury TOSA package mounting of the High-Power DBR diodes.
It comes with a 9-Pin to 15-Pin adapter (PDF).
